This file includes image data of answer boxes or scoring data such as expected
answers. One file per one page of IoT Paper.
Binder file〔ext. xml〕
This file specifies the education material structure with multiple pages corresponding to the number of IDPML files. It specifies the image file,
movie file or sound file that are played on the smart phone too.
Learning Management System (LMS)
LMS manages material, progress, record, student's progress and other educational records. “ASHITA” and “IoT Paper” provide handwriting answers and its automatic scoring environment with paperless flow to the scoring support system.

“ASHITA” is an AI system that scores the handwritten answers automatically.
It achieves high recognition accuracy by combining offline character
recognition (OCR) and online recognition using chronological data made by IoT Paper.
Automatic scoring AI developed by Tokyo University of Agriculture and
Technology can score the graph, figure, circle in or underline characters etc.

Automatically scoreable data format of handwritten answer
The automatic scoring AI ASHITA can score the “Ink on Digitizing Paper Markup Language” (IDPML) file which are generated from the handwriting captured on IoT Paper.

Interface with the Learning management system (LMS)
Automatic scoring AI “ASHITA” receives IDPML file in which IoT Paper has already been added the handwritten data. It outputs the IDPML file containing the scoring result to LMS.
The interface specification to the Learning Management System(LMS) is based on “Representational State Transfer Application Programming Interface “(REST API)
